National Medical ™ physicians are located throughout the United States. Our local physician, licensed in the state where the patient resides, conducts a prior physical examination, performs a clinical assessment, and obtains a medical indication before the issuance of any prescription for medication to any National Medical ™ patient. This process applies to all National Medical ™ treatment programs described on this site.

NATIONAL MEDICAL CLINIC, INC.

National Medical Clinic, Inc.™, also known as National Medical™, is a national patient medical services management organization providing a national organization of licensed physicians in several states that provide excellent medical care to patients located in their states. The number of states included in this medical services network increase as additional physicians from new states agree to participate in providing medical services to individuals who have purchased services provided by National Medical Clinic, Inc. Each participating physician is licensed to practice medicine in the state where their primary medical office is located. Many physicians are licensed to practice medicine is multiple states. All National Medical Clinic, Inc. participating physicians, contracting physicians and medical specialists require that their patients undergo a physical examination prior to providing clinical assessment. diagnosis or indicated treatment.

National Medical physicians obtain patient medical histories, conduct patient physical examinations, obtain medical findings, perform clinical assessments and prescribe appropriate medical treatment in the course of their medical practice. Today, National Medical Clinic™ medical services are provided in many states within the United States. A patient may register and conditionally enroll in a clinic medical program online or by telephone. After registration and enrollment, a patient undergoes a physical examination, provides a medical history, undergoes appropriate diagnostic testing, receive a clinical assessment and a treatment plan is prescribed if indicated. In the event that a National Medical™ or other physician declines to issue a prescribed medical treatment requested by a patient for any reason, any funds paid by the patient towards the purchase of the requested medical treatment are refunded in full. This includes physical exam fees.

National Medical Clinic, Inc. (NMC) does not offer any medical program for the purpose of athletic performance enhancement or physical body building to any individual. National Medical Clinic, Inc. does offer several excellent testosterone and HCG therapies to increase male sex drive, strength, energy, endurance, mood and fertility while reducing fatigue and depression in male patients diagnosed as having low testosterone levels. Patients seeking such improvements in their medical condition who also have testosterone blood levels below average are prescribed therapy if it is indicated. National Medical Clinic, Inc. licensed participating physicians, contracting physicians and medical specialists are located in several states and practice medicine in the fields of internal medicine, general medical practice, adropause (treatment of testosterone male testosterone deficiency), endocrinology, obstetrics and gynecology, medical weight loss, medical hair growth and other recognized medical specialties.

National Medical Clinic, inc. is unable to offer medical services in those states or territories where it does not yet have participating physicians to examine and treat patients. National Medical Clinic, Inc. services are not yet offered in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Florida, New York and New Jersey.


HOW TO USE THIS SITE
  1. The general process is to enroll and purchase one or more of the National Medical Clinic treatment programs online or by phoning the office at the phone number below. Navigation on this site is designed for intuitive use and is user friendly.


  2. To view available medical programs, click on the "View Programs" link on the home page.


  3. Select the category of medical program in which you want to enroll after viewing the programs available.


  4. Select the specific medical program in which you want to enroll within a general category.


  5. After selecting the specific program to purchase and viewing its details, click on "Add to Cart".


  6. If you are a "New Visitor" to this site, click on the "REGISTER" link and complete the registration form.


  7. If you are an existing patient of this clinic, then enter your email address and password and log in


  8. Click "Check Out".


  9. If your shipping address is different from your home and credit card billing address, then enter it where indicated.


  10. Click "Continue".


  11. Your total order amount including an additional 10% of the purchase amount for processing your enrollment is computed and presented on the screen.


  12. Enter credit card information and click "Continue".


  13. After enrolling in a program, complete and submit the Confidential Medical Histor Questionnaire and identify your medical complaint (including symptoms).


  14. If the National Medical Clinic, Inc. examining and prescribing physician declines to approve and issue a prescribed treatment for the therapy in which you enroll, then all of your purchase funds are returned. This would occur if you have other significant medical problems or a testosterone level that indicates therapy would not benefit you.


  15. You must state your medical complaint or symptoms logically related to the prescribed treatment you are seeking on the online Confidential Medical History Questionnaire as this is an essential requirement to obtaining your requested medical prescription. Unless you have a medical complaint or symptoms logically related to the therapy sought, there is no reason for the physician to prescribe any medical treatment or medication.
